If you need images for any products you have ordered, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Photos are permitted for use on stockist website and social media once goods have been delivered to your shop or warehouse.
For all new stockists, there is a minimum first spend of £500. Every order after this must reach our minimum spend of £150. For each new season, there is a minimum spend of £500.
We have a strict mark up policy of 2.2 for all UK stockists. We will have one sale per session in which you can reduce the price. Any stockists selling Caramelo Kids products lower that the recommended retail price will risk having their account suspended. We expect all retailers to follow the RRP so not to put other shops at a disadvantage.
Caramelo Kids products are to be sold on shop websites (including social media) and shop premises only. They are not to be sold at market stalls or sites such as Amazon or Ebay. We reserve the right to suspend your account if you sell at non-permitted sites.
Once your order has been submitted, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. All deliveries are charged at a minimum of £7.50 for UK next day delivery. All UK orders over £500 will be given free next day delivery. Weekend delivery is available if required. Price varies according to order size.
During busier periods, please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be dispatched.
We do not offer a refund policy, only on occasion if the item has a defect or is damaged. We allow 7 days from purchase date for the goods to be returned back to us for any exchanges or refunds. For any returns of damaged goods once the item has reached us we will issue a refund within 5-7 business working days or apply a credit note to your account up on request.
